Welcome
Welcome to South Eastern New York Area Committee and Assembly of Alcoholics Anonymous, also known as SENY or Area 49.
Area Announcements
Post Conference Assembly -- June 2nd.
This is one of the most important Assemblies of the General Service year. Our Delegate, Linda McG, in her own inimitable style, will report on what transpired at the 63rd General Service Conference.
It all began in February with the distribution of the Delegate's Questionnaire. We learned about the Questionnaire at the Assembly dedicated to a Delegate's Day of Sharing. We went to our groups and got their informed group conscience on the Questionnaire so that Linda could carry SENY's conscience to the Convention. We heard a sample of reponses to the Questionnaire at the Pre-Conference Assembly.
And now we get to hear what happened at the Conference.
Be there. For details from the Calendar click here.
AA Northeast Regional Forum June 7-9.
Regional Forums are hosted by AA World Services, the Grapevine and the General Service office. During an entire weekend of sharing and informational sessions, the folks at the bottom of the pyramid get in touch with us and our concerns. Anonymity Project
The SENY Archives Committee is conducting the Anonymity Project to encourage a Fellowship-wide discussion of anonymity in the digital age. Share your experiences with us so we may all better understand and document the challenges faced and the possibilities offered for carrying AA's message through digital media.
Visit the Anonymity Project page to participate and to learn more about, "Anonymity: Our Spiritual Responsibility in the Digital Age."
