From the North:

New York State Thruway (I-87) South to NY 17 (Exit 16) toward Route 17/Harriman/US 6.
Take Route 32 ramp toward Route 17 South/Harriman/Central Valley/US 6E/Bear Mountain/West Point.
Turn left onto NY 32; NY 32 becomes NY 17; merge onto US 6E via the ramp on the left towards Bear Mountain Bridge.. Enter next roundabout and take 3rd exit.
Stay straight on US 6E to Palisades Interstate Parkway North.
Enter next roundabout and take 2nd exit onto US 202 North/US 6E. US 202 North becomes US 6E/US 202 East (portions toll).
Enter next roundabout and take 1st exit onto US 202E/US 6E/US 9S/Lower South Street.
Turn slight right onto US 202/US 6/US 9. Continue to follow US 9S.
Turn slight right on Main Street; stay straight to go onto Secor Road and turn slight left onto Hunter Street and end at Sing Sing Correctional Facility.
Note: you could also take NY 9G to 9S and follow the last 3 lines above.

From the South:

Bronx River Parkway to Sprain Brook Parkway to Taconic Parkway to Route 9A North/Route 100 N exit. Merge onto NY 9A.
Take the ramp toward Ossining/Millwood. Turn left onto Croton Avenue/NY 133/Upper Croton Avenue; turn slight left onto N, Highland Avenue/US 9; turn slight right onto Main Street.
Stay straight and go to Secor Road. Turn slight left onto Hunter Street and end at Sing Sing.

From the East:

I-287/Cross Westchester Expressway to Sprain Brook Parkway North exit.
Sprain Brook to Taconic State Parkway North to Route 9A North/Route 100 North exit. Merge onto NY 9A and follow "from the south" directions above (take the ramp toward, etc....)

From the West:

I-287 East/I-87 South/New York State Thruway toward Tappan Zee Bridge (portions toll).
Take US 9 exit Exit 9 toward Tarrytown; turn right onto South Broadway/US 9. Continue to follow US 9.
Left onto Broad Avenue; right onto State Street then sharp left onto Main Street.
Stay straight to go onto Secor Road; turn slight left onto Hunter Street and end at Sing Sing.

Arriving by Amtrak:

All Amtrak trains arrive at Pennsylvania R.R. Station. Take taxi or shuttle train to Grand Central Station.
Take Metro North Hudson Division train to Ossining R.R. station and Sing Sing.
Arriving by Metro North:
All stations north or south of Ossining - take Metro North Hudson Division to Ossining R.R. station and Sing Sing.
