The SENY Office Manager coordinates use of the SENY office and conference space in the Bronx along with access to other resources such as the Area's sound system.

To reserve use of the office or conference space or to request use of any of SENY's other reousrces such as the sound system, contact the Office Manager (above).
Messages left by phone at the office are fielded remotely periodically by the Area Registrar and may not get an immediate response. For requests for local AA contacts for recovery purposes, please go to the list of Intergroup/Central Offices under "Finding Help".
Note: Effective January 2011 the office is available for use only Monday through Friday, 8am-8pm and Saturday, 9am-6pm (no Sunday access), with the expectation that the building is vacated 15 minutes before the appointed closing time per the landlord. Any building keys previously issued need to be replaced.
SENY's mailing address is PO Box 571, New York, NY 10116-0571. Please do not direct mail to the Lincoln Avenue address as it may not be regularly picked up from there.

199 Lincoln Avenue is one block south of E. 138th Street, around the corner to the left of the entrance to the Chase Bank. To gain access to the building for a scheduled meeting, call on the intercom. Most meetings are held in the Third Floor Conference Room near the office.
By car from Long Island— Throgs Neck Bridge to the Bronx; after the tolls keep left toward the Cross Bronx Expressway (I-295/I-95, south)/George Washington Bridge; move right to take the Bruckner Expressway (I-278) west (exit 12, toward Triboro Bridge); Bruckner Expressway west (4.7 mi.) to exit 47 to Maj. Deegan Expressway (I-87) north (toward Albany); Maj. Deegan Expressway north to exit 2 (Willis Avenue/Third Avenue Bridge, 0.5 mi.) onto E. 135th Street; 0.4 miles on E. 135th Street (three traffic lights) to Lincoln Avenue; right onto Lincoln Avenue. 199 Lincoln Avenue is on the left (Chase Bank on the ground floor) opposite the Mitchell Houses apartment buildings.
By car from Brooklyn/Queens— Triboro Bridge to the Bronx; keep left toward the Maj. Deegan Expressway (I-87) north (toward Albany); Maj. Deegan Expressway north to exit 2 (Willis Avenue/Third Avenue Bridge, 0.5 mi.) onto E. 135th Street; 0.4 miles on E. 135th Street (three traffic lights) to Lincoln Avenue; right onto Lincoln Avenue. 199 Lincoln Avenue is on the left (Chase Bank on the ground floor) opposite the Mitchell Houses apartment buildings.
By car from Manhattan— FDR Drive north to exit 18 (Willis Avenue Bridge/Bronx); slight right
onto Willis Avenue Bridge onto Willis Avenue; keep right at the fork to
stay on Willis Avenue; left onto E. 138th Street; left onto Third
Avenue. 199 Lincoln Avenue is the first building on the left (Chase
Bank on the ground floor). The entrance is on the opposite side from
Third Avenue on Lincoln Avenue, around the corner to the left of the
entrance to the Chase Bank.

By car from Westchester and other points north— Maj. Deegan Expressway (I-87) south (toward Triboro Bridge) to exit 3 (toward E. 138th Street) onto Exterior Street (0.1 mi.); left onto E. 138th Street (0.2 mi.); right onto Third Avenue. 199 Lincoln Avenue is the first building on the left (Chase Bank on the ground floor). The entrance is on the opposite side from Third Avenue on Lincoln Avenue, around the corner to the left of the entrance to the Chase Bank.
Public Transportation— #6 train or Bx1, 2, 15, 21, 32 or 33 bus to E. 138th Street and Third Avenue. Or, #2 or 5 train to E. 149th Street and Third Avenue; switch to Bx2, 15 or 21 bus to E. 138th Street and Third Avenue. Metro-North to Melrose (Harlem Line); switch to the Bx2 or 32 bus.
