Agenda
The Agenda Committee (very much a committee of one) serves to help the Area maintain a Calendar of Events, and to help set the agenda for major Area meetings.
Agenda receives and publishes information about AA activities and events such as:
• District and county General Service meetings.
• Intergroup/Central Office activities.
• Area Assembly, Committee and service committee activities.
• Regional events (such as the Northeast Regional Forum, NERF).
• Conference-wide events (such as the annual General Service Conference, US/Canada).
• International AA events (such as the International Convention and the World Service Meeting).
• Other AA service group events as authorized by the Area.
The calendar is published in both printed (including in the Area newsletter, The Link) and on-line editions to help AA members coordinate and cooperate in their activities, and to make members more aware of the range of AA activity. The calendar is limited to "service-related" activities, therefore, items such as group anniversaries are not listed.

Agenda also helps the Area Chair develop the agenda for major area service meetings to support orderly and effective meetings.
